We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to help grow our team.

Responsibilities:

Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation,CRM, data tools, etc.) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.

Be the primary Marketo Admin fro Zenefits (own systems performance, process, and improvements)

Own and drive the orchestration of outbound/ABM sales campaigns, including the optimization and administration of tools (6Sense, Clearbit, Outreach, etc.)

Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.

Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.

Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.

Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.

Help lead and drive our CRO/testing processes to drive improvements across landing pages, web campaigns, etc (Heap, Optimizely,etc.)

Requirements:

3+ years of B2B software Marketing Operations experience preferred

Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis. Strong familiarity with SQL desired

Proficiency in marketing automation systems (preferably Marketo) and integrating those systems with other technologies.

Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.

Strong problem solving and analytical ability, with track record of “test & learn” mindset

MUST be driven by “making the number,” and have a strong affinity for sales team success

Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines and objectives

Marketing operations professionals are charged with monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives as they relate to the overall company's goals. Marketing operations staff work closely with sales teams, and sometimes also have a sales operations counterpart. Together, they help manage the relationship between marketing and sales to ensure that both sides are optimized to deliver (marketing's role) and work (SDR role) the highest quality leads. Marketing operations staff make projections about the quality of the sales and marketing pipeline and spot efficiencies that will make the company work better as a whole.  You will own a small few distinct process and programs as well as have your hands in many daily activities that span the entire marketing organization, including the occasional fire that will inevitably need to be put out.
