Account Executive, Mid-Market

As a driven and ambitious Inside Account Executive, you'll use your chops in the Human Resource Management and Payroll industry to conduct phone and presentations with prospects. In addition, you’ll be the CEO of your business while also leveraging our internal Sales Development team, and your own strategic prospecting skills to expand our customer base.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Running a discovery to determine how help eliminate our clients’ back office headaches
- Present live online product demonstrations for potential clients
- Drive revenue by successfully managing all phases of the selling process to completion
- Diligently manage your CRM and stay on top of your deals
- Strategically prospect new business and get referrals to expand our reach
- Working with our internal inbound sales development partners to drive new business
A little more about you:
- BA/BS Degree preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Executive level presentation skills
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Success managing a high volume, complex sales cycle
- Ideally 3+ years of successful sales experience
- SaaS/HCM sales a plus!
- Experience running a pipeline in Salesforce.com
